The Notary’s Office shall give your data to the providers of services connected with processing personal data, e.g. IT services providers or the accountancy office. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract concluded with the Notary’s Office and only according to the Notary’s Office’s instructions.

You are granted the following rights connected with processing your personal data:

d. The right to demand restriction of processing your personal data
e. The right to object to processing your personal data due to your particular situation - when your data is being processed because of legally justified interest of the Notary’s Office
f. The right to move your personal data, that is the right to obtain your personal data from the Notary’s Office in a structured, commonly used digital format possible to be read on a machine. You can send the data to a different administrator yourself or demand the data to be sent to a different administrator.However, the Notary’s Office shall do that only if it is technically possible. The right to move your data applies only to the data processed by the Notary’s Office on the basis of the contract concluded with you or on the basis of your consent.

The right to withdraw consent
Because of the fact that your data is processed on the grounds of legal duties, notarial deed contract or purposes arising from legally justified interest fulfilled by the administrator and not on the basis of your consent, you do not have the right to withdraw consent. Due to a specific nature of notarial deeds, especially those documented by notarial acts, the personal data included in the content of a notarial deed cannot be deleted or updated, and their modification is possible only in the way specified in Notary Public Act. The personal data included in the notarial acts, deeds of succession certification, extract forms, copies and Repertory A cannot be deleted or moved. Objection to data processing can be reported before performing the notarial deed, which shall result in refusal of performing the deed. Objection reported after performing the notarial deed does not have any impact on gathered and registered personal data necessary to perform the deed. In other cases the right to remove data can be exercised when e.g. the data of a natural person will not be necessary any more for the purposes they were gathered. Aso, when a natural person will object to processing one’s personal data or the data will be processed against the law. The data should also be removed if it is required by a legal regulation.
